Digital Media Recognition

9 October 2015

YMCA’s work using digital media with young people has been recognised through a number of different awards. Firstly, YMCA’s Techspace Project has been awarded one of just 50 licenses worldwide given by Adobe as part of the it’s Young Educator’s programme. This will allow YMCA groups to use a number of cloud based applications. Secondly, a group of young people from Schull has been awarded a prize by Inver as part of it’s ThinkTank award scheme, which will allow them to develop an app helping consumers become more aware of the impact of plastics. Follow these links to look at the applications that were successful.
